Luis Solano spent over 15 years as an executive-level operations leader, overseeing environmental services across one of Kern County's largest healthcare systems. He managed hospital-grade sanitation programs, CMS and TJC compliance audits, and regulated medical waste operations at scale.
3D Cleaning Services was born from a simple conviction: facilities outside the hospital system deserve the same standard of care.
